Helen is a miracle worker. For the first time in months I had no tension and I slept all night after my Amatsu treatment. I’d recommend it to everyone.

I cannot recommend Helen highly enough. I saw Helen for 3 Amatsu sessions, months ago and have been pain free since! for the first time in years.

Now, I’ve had many a massage and physio/chiro treatment in the past, but this was something completely different; incredibly gentle and relaxing, yet at the end of it my entire mind and body felt so much lighter, as if a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders (in addition to the almost 6 stone I’ve lost since Christmas). I went home and slept for three blissful hours that afternoon and have felt on top of the world ever since.

What is even better is that the pain in my feet and calves (including a stabbing pain in my right calf that felt like I was walking around with a knife sticking out at right angles) has completely disappeared. Just Brilliant!! If you get the chance, try Amatsu out. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
