About Helen
My journey to well being began in 2009 when I was first introduced to a healing modality called Creation Template. I attended a training workshop in Dublin and immediately felt the positive benefits of this healing technique. I’ve continued training and practising this technique ever since and I offer one on one healing sessions and group healing sessions. More info
Soon after I was introduced to Amatsu where I had treatment on a reoccurring back injury. I felt enormous improvement in my movement and profound changes in how I felt in my body. I was keen to understand the workings of this therapy and so began training in Amatsu in 2013. I qualified as an Amatsu practitioner in 2015 and an Amatsu Orthopath in 2017. I run a busy practice from Strandhill in Co. Sligo. I continue to deepen my understanding of the human body through advanced amatsu training and have recently qualified as a Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic Therapist. More about Amatsu
And then there is the music! I am influenced by many different styles of music but the indigenous songs, mantras and chants from across the globe capture something very magical and resonate deep with my soul. I have been playing drum and chanting for the last 10 years at different healing ceremonies. I offer sacred song circles and workshops in Sligo and Wicklow for people to learn, sing, feel nurtured, nourished, connected and invigorated by these ancient sounds. Click here for more details.
